Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax and recover from your journey. You might explore nearby attractions or simply enjoy the ambiance of the bustling capital. In the evening, a welcome briefing will provide essential information about your trek and ensure you’re well-prepared for the adventure ahead.

On the second day, you’ll take a short and scenic flight to Pokhara, a city known for its beautiful lakeside setting and panoramic mountain views. After checking into your hotel, you can spend the day exploring Pokhara’s vibrant markets, enjoying a boat ride on Phewa Lake, or visiting local attractions like the World Peace Pagoda or the International Mountain Museum.

Early in the morning, you’ll catch a flight from Pokhara to Jomsom, a town nestled in the Kali Gandaki Valley. From Jomsom, you’ll begin your trek, heading towards Kagbeni. This initial trek offers a relatively easy walk with stunning views of Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri mountains. Kagbeni, a picturesque village at the gateway to Upper Mustang, boasts ancient Tibetan-style houses and narrow alleyways.
